Inditab Pan services unit - My application for change of name in pan card

I entered in to govt site for income tax to change my name in pan card. After due course I was taken in the site of inditab pan service, and i paid Rs *** as fee per their direction. There after i did know from the site that inditab is a fraud and manipulated site to cheat applicants. I tried to contact with them, but in vain.
As per their direction i sent the prescribed form with photograhs on **/*/** and they received my fee and documents on **/*/**.but so far no reply.
I understood I was cheated by this site correlated with indin income tax site.
Do the needful to get my amount refunded or provide the service at to my satisfaction
