Nta jee main session - My application didn t get registered

On ** March **** I was doing my registration for JEE Mains second session while registering I paid **** rs. Of fee by SBIMOPS I paid money by scanning QR Code through google pay, QR Code had time limit of * minutes but I was a bit late while paying and in that time qr code expired but still my money got deduced from my account and also my registration was not done.
I also immediately called bank helpline they asked me to wait for * days and if any refund happened but it didn't get refunded after that I registered a complaint and they asked me to wait for * working days but they didn't gave any satisfactory results they told me to complaint at bank branch.
I am also registering complaint at bank branch.
