Ucoin - My amount Loss

Hi Team,
Yesterday, I spent some amount in Ucoin....They gave me some ladder and asked me to apply some fund...I did that, after that they shared some document with me in which they mentioned procedure of withdraw. I did that but, they told me that this is not the correct way and now you have to pay total amount that is freeze and the amount is ******. So they want me to pay ****** again and after that I'm able to withdraw full amount that is near about * lakhs...
Cam you please help me....if this is correct or it is a fake....
