I am writing to raise a complaint against Parimatch regarding unfair withholding of my funds and improper account handling.
I had a balance ******.* INR in my Parimatch account and requested a withdrawal. After this, I was asked to complete account verification (KYC). I submitted all the required documents honestly and correctly. However, my verification was marked as VERIFIED.
After this, Parimatch wrote off my entire balance citing their internal rules.
I am looking for your support to resolve this issue at the earliest.
