Maruthi Vishnu Vardhan Reddy Rachamallu filed complaint against Directi Web Technology Private Limited on May 4, 2026
On **th April ****, my active BigRock Ultimate Shared
Hosting plan for savefunds.org (Customer ID: ********,
Invoice ID: ********, valid till **th December ****) was
accidentally deleted due to a touchpad auto-click issue.
A Yes/No confirmation popup appeared and before I could
click No, the touchpad auto-triggered Yes.
I purchased this plan on **th December **** for ** months
at ₹**,***.**. At the time of accidental deletion,
approximately ** months of paid service worth ₹*,***
was remaining.
I immediately contacted BigRock support. BigRock's
representative (Nithesh) confirmed in writing that the
plan was "not intentionally deleted." BigRock also
confirmed the hosting backup for savefunds.org is
available and intact.
Despite acknowledging the accidental deletion and having
the backup available, BigRock refused reinstatement and
demanded I purchase a new hosting plan — effectively
asking me to pay twice for the same service period.
BigRock also threatened that backups "may no longer be
available if there is a delay" — pressuring me into
buying a new plan or permanently losing my data.
Relief sought: Reinstatement of hosting plan till
**.**.**** with backup restored, OR pro-rata refund
of ₹*,*** for remaining ** months, plus compensation
for harassment and threat of data destruction.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
