Betway - My account has been hacked and betway didn t help me to get it back

My Betway account got self excluded and betway allow me to withdraw my money and i gave them my withdraw account and other necessary information. Next day i got a message on whatsapp and they said they are from betway support team and ask me for my personal details and documents.I was not aware about that and gave my details to him.Leter he changed my registered id and phone number and ask me ***** INR to get back my account.But i didn't give him money and he threat me that you won't get money too.I inform the betway about this but they are not listening to me.This money is extremely important for me.This money will decide my future.Please help me.
Betway let him change my Mail id and Phone number so easily.I didn't get any otp on my phone number or my My mail id.
Please i need you help.Thanks.
And that scammer said that he is person of betway company itself.
