Jio network - My 2700 rupees recharge was cancelled it

I was change my mobile network from Airtel Postpaid network to Jio prepaid network with **** one year plan but now it was disconnected I doesn't use this atleast one month and customer care doesnot give any proper answer for my recharge amount
