Phonepe - Mutual Fund amount shown was not credited

I invested in Motilal Oswal Nasdaq mutual fund through phonepe app. After some time I saw that my fund was not performing well and at that time withdrawal amount *****.** rs was showing but when I applied for withdrawal it approved with only *****.** rs. I don't know where is the remaining amount. I tried to contact phonepe team so many times and every time their answer was same that our mutual fund team will contact in ** hrs. My complaint is if you made a mistake then accept it. Don't play with your customers who were with you from starting.
