Muthooth finance - muthoot finance behala manager is not aloowing me to close my gold loan

I Binayak chatterjee residing at ** brahma Samaj Road kolkata ****** has a gold loan at behala branch, while taking Gold loan from Muthoot Finance Behala Branch repeatedly discussed that I may withdrawn my gold loan any day after * days, All the staffs along with branch head repeatedly committed me and my senior citizen Father ,yes I can withdrawn my gold loan account when I will be ready with outstanding payments, But today while I called the branch manager he denides and told us we have to give them one month time.this is unexpected from your well esteemed organisation .Please help us we are ready with the entire money and pls help us to lift us our GOLD.
