Dear Compliance Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a serious failure in your deposit processing and the lack of professional resolution from your support team. Despite multiple escalations via live chat and the submission of all requested documentation, my funds remain missing.

Management Failure: Despite providing my UPI transaction screenshots and bank statements, there has been no resolution or transparent update. This indicates a massive process gap and a lack of accountability within your management.
Security of Funds: The inability to track and credit verified deposits raises serious concerns regarding the safety of user funds on your platform.
Required Action
I am requesting an immediate credit of the total INR **,***.** to my account or a full refund to the original payment source within the next ** hours.
Please consider this my final notice. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take this matter to the next level by highlighting my experience across social media platforms (using #AvoidDafabet) to warn other users about the lack of security for their money.
I have attached the relevant UPI screenshots and bank statements to this email once again for your immediate reference.
I expect a concrete resolution, not a generic automated response.
