I had been using mts postpaid wifi hotspot connection(**********) for nearly * years. I reside in chennai. The speeds had been variable but still I stuck to mts till July **** when I decided to terminate my connection. I called up customer care and asked for the formalities and he asked me to pay the outstanding amount of around *** rupees, and get it converted to prepaid connection, I paid the outstanding amount and called customer care again, bu this time a different lady attended the call and I told her all the details and also asked her how long the connection will be available before disconnection and so on. I never used mts then after not even a single KB. To my astonishment I got my bill generated for INR ***. I immediately called up customer care and I narrated the whole story and only then I came to that the lady customer care executive had little idea about my request and she left my main intention to close my connection in thin air and updated my disconnection request as an inquiry call for prepaid conversion. I again explined the story to the harsh and rude customer care executives and asked to raise a request to levy the charges on the grounds that I have not used any data and to disconnect. The request was active for ** days and I had to re mail and call them again again which happened for for more than ** days by the time my second bill got generated and got added up to the first bill and now my outstanding is **** INR. Again i kept mailing calling them days nad no use , they just ask you to pay . Countless mails and phone calls had put me in high agony and depression as they had agents to call me daily to pay bills but not a single executive to call up and sort out the problem. Finally one fine day after * months I struggled and got the charges reversed. I took a relaxed breath and that was short, now a new bill of *** got generated with charges *** as rental and *** as late payment. The amount was completely reversed by MTS but they ask me to pay *** plus late payment, completely out of sense. Now few unethical Gundas are calling me abusing me to pay and they also say they would move out legally and complain over me. I am completely shattered by these people. My request to revoke for *** is now such that I have to pay *** to avoid legal problems. I am not able reach any mts executive in person or through mails or customer care. They are torturing me every day. I am ready to pay when the mistake is mine or if I had used their connection but this is different. I had even paid for blanked out days of flood and cyclones but the un ethical rudeness they bestow on me makes me think how helpless I am by choosing a wrong connection. I pay and I get abused too. How can I approach and spend ****s in consumer court for *** RS. It will again take years again. I want my charges to be reversed and my connection to be terminated. On Gods mercy will never head to mts
