mswipe technologies pvt. ltd. has cheated me.



i bought a mswipe pos machine in the month of august and i used it there was no extra charge on below transaction of rs.****.** i was happy with it and again i bought extra ** machines for my other outlets and i even installed * -* machines on my outlets every thing was going fine and suddenly they kept my payment on hold on or from ** september.



then i sent mail to mswipe technologies pvt. ltd. (helpdesk@mswipe.com at sep **, ****, *:** pm)



this the reply i recieved

dear sir,



thank you for writing to mswipe customer service.



the transactions amount is on hold due to neft return so request you please share you bank statement. or we require cancelled cheque with beneficiary name on cheque, ifsc code and account number should be printed on cheque. (helpdeskresponse@mswipe.com

and after that i recieved rs. ****** on ** september september



but still my rs.*****.** is pending with mswipe technologies pvt. ltd.



so again i sent the mail on

they just sent the statement showing deuction of rs.*****.** as (prepaid-debit mdr recovery jan-sep'**)

i don't need the statement as i have complete statement in my pos as of which i have shared the screenshot, i just want to know when will my remaining amount come in my account, and i am qualified enough to understand the statement.

we regret for the inconvenience.

the charges recovered were for prepaid cards, which were not charged earlier during jan’ ** to sept’ **.

debit card less than or equal to rs.**** are still not chargeable for mdr.

kindly explain this part of statement,



which i have attached,







why this deduction was done on ** september only according to the statement, why was it not deducted on every transaction why where you people waiting for these many days, why was the deduction of august done on ** september.







we do business at very low margin i.e. @ *.**% / *.**% how can we pay for it @ *.*%, why were we not intimated before deduction, why were you people waiting for the amount to more than rs,*****.**. were you people sleeping all these day's, you people have no where mentioned it and as according to my knowledge rbi has issued a guideline that there won't be any deduction on below rs.****.** in any means/mdr.







i have even confirmed it with your helpline number before any transaction and they clearly mentioned that there won't any transaction charges below rs.****.**, i bought one machine and used it in one of my outlets and then i got satisfied that there are really no charges only then i ordered ** more swipe machine and these machines were not completely installed in my all outlets all this happened, thank god i was about to add ** more swipe machines.







if this is the way mswipe work's its kind request kindly surrender my all ** machines and refund whatever the possible amount you people feel.

and i will see what i can do legally.......







in between i recieved rs.****.** on ** th september (that there was scheme of cash with certain amount)

i am completely unsatisfied with the kind of reply on the query i raised, i want proper reply where and when did you people mention that you will be deducting this much charges and the too why you were waiting for so much time to deduct in one shot.
