I have booked ticket from Dubai to USA. There was small correction required from Mrs to Miss, before name. BudgetAIr staff are so rude, that they are asking huge amount to correct them. Emirates told me that this right is with Budget Air only to amend, still they are asking hefty amount to correct this. I am not at all satisfied with customer care revert
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
