Tahsildar Muppalla Guntur Andhra Pradesh - MRO Muppalla Mandal Guntur not processing request

I would like to bring your kind notice that complaints or problems with Mrs.R.Yasoda, MRO(Tahsildar), Muppalla, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh(AP)

*. Not issuing the Mutation on Survey# ***(*.** cents) even valid proofs & enjoyment from year **** and my father from year ****.

*. Rejected Mutation Request partially and MRO requested for survey certificate then Mandal Surveyor issued certificate then MRO rejected survey application intentionally.

*. All applications are processed after SLA deadline dates are crossed, Delay in process applications leads to wasting time and needs to visit multiple times office and heavily increase costs for application and travel expenses.

*. Couple of Spandana requests are closed with invalid endorsements and still some are Reopend status

Even as I am a literate person facing a lot of challenges with MRO, how can a farmers who are illiterate handle all these situations.So this is a common public problem in our Mandalam with MRO. This is not a one person issue, I have summarized all problems in the attached document and expect your kind attention to resolve the issue at the earliest.
