Would like to report a harassment call from one of your recovery agency.

One of my friend has given my reference on her loan with Fullerton and she has missed some payments for which I have been receiving harressment call, I understand that I might get calls if I have been referred but they have the audacity to call my mother and abuse her.

The call which I am getting is from + ** ********** and she is not ready to tell her name neither her agency name. In hindi she was telling "kyu guarantor bante ho agar aukat nahi hai and me tumlogo sabke samne naked karungi" not only this she said lot many things which I feel ashamed to tell and that lady didn't had any shame to talk like that.

I don't understand who gave them the authority to call my mother and abuse like this as she is not been referred for any loan. She is a heart patient and is going through anxiety because of this one call from that cheap lady calling herself as fullerton employee. If anything happens to my mother Fullerton would be responsible for that.

I have the call recording and if I don't get any relevant response on this I will post this on social media.

Would prefer an email reply rather than call.
