I was regularly using mPokket for two years and always paying back on time.
Suddenly I noticed that they started deducting amount from loan amount received and increased the interest rates to an absurd amount..
However, due to covid I was in need of it and I called the customer care and requested them to put my Interest on hold nd give me some time as I will pay it back. But they did not agree and instead they're asking me to pay an amount which is upto ***% interest rate in * months.. Is this even legal ? Plus they harass me by calling me and my family members daily.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
