Dear Sir /Mam,
I was a silver member of mpokket and due to some financial issues I couldn't pay the amount of ***** taken.
They added extra charges and asking me to pay *****. I have mailed them so many times and also called them to ask for settlement but they did not offer rather kept increasing my interest and charges.
Now they sent me legal notice on email.
I have all the evidences to support my complaint.
I have sent an email io RBI too cc to mpokket but mpokket didn't not respond me for * months and now sent a legal notice threatening me.
I'm a widow and mother of * children and only earning member in the family.
Please help.
