Mpokket App - Mpokket scam

I'd taken loan from mpokket, and repaid every loan expect one. It's because there was no option for repayment. It's showing pending instead of pay. I had send many emails and contracted their customer care regarding this. There was no reply from them. Last time I called them their behaviour was too bad. I'd send them email attached with every proof including screen record. But no reply from them . They are charging fine each day. I'd asked them to send me direct payment link so I can pay that right at that moment. But there are refusing it. They are fraud. Please help me get rid of it.
