mpokket customer service agent - MPokket Harassment

I'm Hemalatha. R pursuing Master of computer application final year in coimbatore institute of Technology, coimbatore Tamilnadu, **********, these mobile number is from MPokket service agent. I had been use this app since * year.. But not now. It is student loan app for students emergency financial needs. First * year I have use this app without any discussing, before lockdown I had paid all my dues thoroughly and made it completely. After the pending dues were not able to pay by my side because of lockdown, in my family there is no earnings because of this I had requested them to, I will make my payment after lockdown.. But the mpokket team refused my request, even govt announced to no need to pay extra interest and penalties upto lockdown becomes end, but the mpokket keep increasing the amount of interest and penalties day by day, I promisingly saying that I have to pay only Rs. ***** in * months tenure but they forced me to pay *****,***** by saying day by day.. Still now by increasing the penalties and interests.., and everyday make a call to all my phone contacts and my relatives and my teachers to make myself ashamed. Finally they did that too..., it makes us depressed (my family members), I have to say one thing I used this app only for my clg expenses, with my parents permission. Because I'm from very poor family, we have no enough money to make a timing expenses when I have to use my education. So why I used it. Please help me and my family from the mpokket team who makes us too depressed. It will make some lost someone of my family member.., they made us day by day tourchering. Please help me. And quickly take action against them.
