Hi, I taken loan from Mpocket, because of lockdown, it delay for paying amount, as RBI rules in that lockdown time no need to pay EMI and all, but they put more interst and penalties charges, and they track my contact details they called each and everyone in my contact list, who gave rights to take my contact details. Customer guys talking rudly they not listening what we are talk. Fully fraud who gave rights to take contacts details. I took loan total **k but they asking to pay **k. Please help me this issue. Because of mpocket so many people get mentally distrubed. Already in tamil nadu case is goingon online laon fraud app, i think its going on madurai high court, if it not resolve it will go to highcourt.
