Siwach Packers & Movers - Moving services is not paying for damaged insured goods

The goods were not unpacked on arrival as agreed. This led to a lot of stress as we had to hire helping hands to unpack which ended us costing more. In spite of repeated call to the company, they refused to do anything about it. We were told we ourselves had damaged the products. My husband's Blood Pressure was out of control and he suffered body aches through the ordeal. Paintings, flower pots, almirah were damaged. We paid insurance for the goods however the company refused to repair damaged goods. Photos of damaged goods are were also sent to the company but to no avail.
