I had booked a movers packer in December for delivering my household goods from Gurgaon to Dubai given I moved to Dubai. However even after * months, I have not received my goods and the owner of the company is delaying the delivery further with no proper response. I want to raise a complaint in court to recover financial loss and highlight mental harassment.
