DM contenar carrier logistics - Movers and packers not returning extra amount paid

I had booked above mentioned movers and packers by paying INR****/- for transporting my households from Bhiwadi, Rajasthan to Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. He had explained me that * labours will do it & ** feet vehicle(Length of the vehicle) will be appropriate for doing this, however, on the moving day he sent a ** feet vehicle and * labour in which he included the driver as well who didn't do anything, also suddenly I got to know that these labours are only for loading the items & for unloading I'll have to arrange by myself, So we had an argument and I went to his office where he agreed for the same amount which was decided earlier and told me that he'll send labour at my destination from Sonipat,Haryana & forced me to pay all the amount otherwise the already loaded vehicle would not leave for destination, so I had paid him *****/- more but I had to pay *****/- in total including ****/- which I had paid already. I asked him to return money but he denied and given me excuse that he'll ask from company to return as it was company's bank account. Later on I got to know that he is the proprietor of this company. So I had to bear the cost of hiring labour for unloading and ****/- are still with him which he's not willing to pay.
