Dear Reliance Smart Point Team,
I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent purchase from your store. Today, I bought a Cadbury Celebrations chocolate pack from your Reliance Smart Point located at Ayanikatt Zone, Malikampeedika, Alangad, Ernakulam PO.
Upon inspecting the chocolates at home, I discovered that most of them have developed mould. This is highly disappointing and raises concerns about the quality control measures in place.
I kindly request a prompt resolution to this issue. Please advise on the process for returning the faulty product and obtaining a refund or replacement.
