I purchased my Motorola Edge ** Neo **/*** Varient. It's Purchasing ** Oct **** and I'm facing a big hardware problem after * days only it's device Auto Switch off, Automatically Restart, Self Network Problem, Calling Mic Not working properly and some times Display on /off. After some days I registered a complaint on Motorola Support on ** Oct ****. Motorola Ghaziabad service authorisation call on ** Oct and saying You giving your phone tomorrow with all accessories I'm giving my device ** oct **** my phone and all accessories and with a receipt of Service Centre. Today * November **** and Service Centre Authority not call me and not ask my problem regarding of devices when I'm check my status repair it self repair mode and seen status problem resolved, i facing of very badly behaviour of Service Authorities. I whant to replace my device with New device. I have a receipt of my device and service centre not trying to call me about my problem. Please take a action on Motorola Ghaziabad service authorisation.
