Due to wrong NCB declaration, my claim registration request still not get approval. It's completely not my fault.
When that time of renewal in our CRED Application NCB automatically choosen to ** percentage. And shown message like CRED MEMBER PRIVILEGES. After seeing this message, Who is not think it's purely offers given to your customer by you. And at the same time i confirmed with your customer care too about this and what are the benefits you provided when I renew my policy in our platform. But,
Now your customer care executives told me i should edit that NCB percentage at the time of renewal, if not edit I should seen the consequences of it.
Here my argument is
you know very well about if customers choose wrong NCB, then they facing the consequences of that, then why you haven't warning me when you given default ** percent NCB/ i availed this offer. Can't you think it's cheat your customer.
Now your customer service executive told me, we will correct in feature about NCB ** percent default choosen problem.
Due to wrong NCB declaration, Zurich Kotak insurance, asked me to some amount for correction of NCB. (policy number ********** and claim number ***********)
But now they refused to give approval even after that wrong NCB payment also to be done.
