RK pumps madurai - Motor coil burnt in one day order cancelled but refund not received

Myself Dr D Thyagarajan Former Dean and Director TANUVAS received enquiry call from Mr Balachandran Said to be owner of the RK pumps from Madurai canvassing * hp gold open well motor and send quotation for Rs ***** dated ** ** **** with free installation. Repeatedly making call for purchase of above motor

As there is need accepted the offer and requested company bank account details.
Having shared company bank details
I transferred Rs***** on ** ** ****.
After receipt of money daily making calls
for supply of motor. He cited so many reasons which are now I realised fraudulent
words.Aftet kapse if one month motor was delivered on ** ** **** Even with repeated requests Technician came on ** ** **** and installed motor and received Rs ****
from me

On the same day motor failed and dead.
Again very many calls Mr Balachandran sent another technician and uninstalled the motor stating motor coil burnt.

Upon request from Mr Balachandran faulty
motor was despatched to RK pumps


Due to INORDINATE DELAY FAULTY MOTOR and worst service I cancelled supply order on ** ** **** with a request to refund the full amount immediately. Having accepted for full refund installation charges etcbut till today even after ** days the amount of Rs ***** plus damages not received .

Hence I request early action to get full amount
