Complaint Details:
I purchased a Moto phone, convinced by the company’s strong advertisement of “Gorilla Glass *” for unmatched screen durability. However, within only * months of careful usage, my phone’s screen cracked from a minor fall—about * feet, onto regular floor tiles, with no sharp edges or misuse.
When I approached Motorola customer support, I was informed that “even minor falls can cause such damage,” and was denied warranty support. Their stand contradicts the durability promises clearly made in advertisements and online promotions.
I have since found numerous other consumers reporting similar issues online, which suggests this is not an isolated incident but a recurring product defect.
