Lenova Ideapad - Motherboard replacement for two months laptop

Hi I purchased the Lenovo laptop worth ** thousand on February ** ****. I have faced issues from the very first day. I have reached out to the customer support on multiple occasions online via call, video call, Remote Desktop but no resolution was provided further they suggested me to reach out to a physical service center to get my laptop diagnosed during which they told my motherboard is faulty and I need to replace my entire motherboard to which I am not agreeing and wishing for a unit replacement. For which they are telling that we are not responsible for this. ** days has passed from the date of purchase we can’t do anything other replacing the motherboard. Motherboard is the main component of a laptop once that is replaced it will cascade to multiple hardware failures. They have audacity to tell that I can reach out to the consumer court.
