POCO pro - Motherboard problem

I had bought this phone during October ****.
There were some minor issues coming to this phone within THREE months.I go to mi poco service center(H.P.-Hamirpur)to check this mobile.After NINE months there were coming so much issues from this mobile.I go to mi poco center to exchange it trice.But they refuse to exchange it because I bought it online from flip cart.Then,I called to flip cart service center.But,they didn't receive my call.Flip cart gave us two years warranty.Just the warranty on this product over, its motherboard damaged.I think that I undergo with a huge froud.Its screen is totally good and its hardware and software are fine.I had paid the full amount(₹**,***) to buy this product.l request you to change this product otherwise return my full amount.
