I am using Dhani one freedom card since November ****, Initial there was a Subscription charge of rs **** and it got started getting deducted every month as a monthly subscription fee of **** rs.
They provide us interest-free * months installment scheme and loot customer money ****/month. Overall they are looting **** for months for every customer.
Let's see a Math - ****/Month from **** customers makes them an amount of **,**,***. if this happens every month isnt it a fraud or a SCAM.
There customer support is so pathetic in solving this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
