Dhani Apps - Monthly Charges

Dear Sir,

In the mobile app, you have just given option to select the auto payment, which is charged to me monthly around ****, request to reverse the charges immediately and cancel the card before reaching to the consumer court

As stated, I have not used the card and every month around **** is debited towards the subscription charges, is this not fair to charge the customer with out using the services

I have neither taken the loan , however I had purchased few medicine and paid the electrify bill , I have paid all the amount I can just see the subscription charges, as I don’t want to continue I request to cancel the card on immediate effect and waive off the charges

I request the @cybercrimepsbcp@ksp.gov.in to investigate on the automated process and help other customers not to be trapped in this kind of fraud transactions

Till now I have already paid around **** as subscriptions and now still yesterday the subscription was **** and now when I open the app it shows ****/-

@RBI CMS Team – request to monitor this apps which are fooling the customer and charging a huge of as subscription which ends up up to ***** per annum.
