Jio fab - Mono net pink saree

The saree we ordered wasn't as expected. Poor quality. And not well finished. The is colour is soo vibrant that one cannot wear it. We asked for the return but they told we cannot take back the saree because you had a discount of Rs *** being your *st order. We requested them to take the extra charge if needed. How can we compromise with a product like this. As soon as we opened the pick in not even a minute we requested for return. This seems to be such a fraud service. Please see about it. And help us with return and refund.
