Moneyplant Research Indore - Moneyplant Research not providing me refund

I had joined the intraday calls service for *months. Paid Rs *****. Although I asked them that I will be paying in part, their executive Mr Rajat said that according to Sebi its not allowed. After making the payment he asked me to sign the form and agreement which said that I can pay any part amount and then pay the remaining amount when the customer is satisfied with the service. Upon confrontation Mr Rajat said that even though its written in the form, SEBI doesnt allow us.
Mr Rajat had also committed that my service fees will be easily earned through the profits of * weeks trading, which obvisouly dint happen.
Now since I dint like their service and all their calls are not much accurate, I asked them to cancel my subscription and refund my money, they are not agreeing to refund my money.
