I was an economic class traveller. I was flying with a kitten. But when I reached the airport the pet counter staff asked me to upgrade to business class because there was already a pet in economic class. But There are no such processes like this. * pets are allowed in air india weather in economic or in business class. I want refund for my previous economic class money
