Vijay Kumar Machadapally filed complaint against Airtel Payment Bank on Dec 14, 2018
Initially in the mid-October, faced airtel payment bank login error for several weeks, then I called tried to call the customer care then no direct connection to customer care but had to go raise my complaint through email.
After * weeks some called me from Airtel and asked me to login so I did and was able to login on the phone call itself. Then after * minutes my money ***.** was vanished from my account and showed *. Was shocked to see this and tried to call the same number several times but could not connect.
Presently almost * months, there were only emails exchanged, they asked me to send the details so I did.
They are asking me every day the same details to send but still sending it. Was requesting them to call me back to no response and not even Nodal Officer responded to my complaint.
Now I am tired been following up.
please help me to resolve this issue.
