On * th December I transferred *****rs using bhim UPI to coindcx wallet but the money got deducted from my account and it is not reflecting in my coindcx inr wallet.
I contacted their customer support team and it's been ** days and still money has not been refunded. They promised money will be refunded within * days but now it's ** days and yet I received no money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
