Nykafashion - Money transaction happened 2 times because of payment processing the delivery partner recieved money

On * may **** my parcel from nykaa fashion has arrived i delivered money * times in delivery agent beacuase one time it move to processsing i want my money back i have called the delivery agent he recieved and said he is sending money but he is not sending money
