OLX.in - Money transaction fraud on olx

I am from Hyderabad and I have placed an ad to sell my guitar on OLX. I have gotten a call after a few days from a private number asking me details about the ad and the price negotiation. He said he is not from Hyderabad but he wants to buy the guitar for his son who stays in Miyapur (Hyderabad) which is * km away from my place. I said that the price is final (Rs. **** /-) and he agreed. After few hours he called and said that he is ready to make the payment and he insisted me to use PhonePe for money transfer as he said that he is adding money from his debit card and for that reason, GPay or bank transfer is not possible. After hesitation, I agreed because I was in a thought that he would send the amount to my PhonePe number directly which is linked to my bank account. Then instead of that he sent me a "Pay Request" and told many things about the new UPI transfer and confused me. Initially, he sent me a pay request of * rupees which I did. Then * rupees got debited from my bank account and later * rupees got credited. He said as he is adding from the debit card, it would be adding to my wallet and doubled amount would be credited to me. He totally confused my mind with it and later sent the pay request for Rs. **** /-. Once I opted the request, money got debited from my bank account and I started telling because there's no money transfer from the other end. He sent me more, more and more pay requests of different amounts but thankfully I declined all of them because I was highly suspicious of fraud. He then started backing off that options are drained out and he's helpless. I yelled to return my money through cash by sending his son to me (as he lives nearby (according to what the guy said)). He said yes and said that his son would be coming to me with Rs. **,*** /- (**** of my money and **** for the guitar), pay me and collect the guitar. I was fumingly furious but I agreed because I was helpless. Next day when I called, he posed as a Police Inspector of Golconda area and said that the guy who committed the OLX frauds has been nabbed by the police and he's at the station and said that I am talking to an inspector and he cut the call. Later when I called again after a few minutes he lifted and said he found the phone on the road and cut the call. Now he is not lifting. I need a resolution of this crime ASAP. I lost money to manipulation, trickery and cybercrime. Please provide a resolution. I am helpless.
