On **/**/**** while doing payment in reliance smart store I did the payment from my side of ₹**** and the amount was deducted from my account but the cashier said they didn’t receive any money so they said to do payment again and I did so again they said it wasn’t received and I came back without taking any item but payed * times. They said the payment will be returned in *-* hours if not it will be returned in ** hours but it’s been * week and still haven’t received the payment.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
