Bajaj finance kolkata - Money taken in the pretext of approval of loan

The loan was for Rs *****. I was asked to pay a processing free as Rs ****. I paid it and they started asking for insurance charge as Rs **** & later GST charge as Rs ****. Since I dis not have the final amount, the employed told he will pay and asked me to pay half of it. After I paid teh half, the employee did not turn up and another employee again asked me to pay. I somehow managed and paid that amount also. Later they told an error in code, the loan is not processing, it seems I have to pay full Rs **** at go. So I asked for refund, that also they are asking money. They are not ready to cut money from loan amount. Totally they have taken Rs *****.from me for Rs ***** loan.
