JAY LAXMI PLACEMENT, BHOSARI, PUNE - Money taken in the name of job but not refunded

Seeking for a job ,i had been to Pune last year. Getting an information for a job at a Job Consultancy i first contacted then approached to a Consultancy whose details are given below. The Consultant claimed Rs ***** as Consultancy Charge to provide me an Engineer job. The consultant told me that before joining the job the above amount must be paid to the him which, as the Consultant assured , will be returned if job cannot be provided. Accordingly i paid him Rs **** cash which was only available with me to run my days at pune.The balance amount of Rs ***** made NEFT on **/*/**** to the Bank account of the Consultant by my father from Assam Digboi by United Bank Of India , Digboi, Assam.
That Sir the Consultant, as neither could provide job to me as he assured , he has not yet returned the money. Several communications were done with him along with WhatsApp and phone but he never replies or receive the phone calls. Most of the time he disappears when i visit physically to his Office.
Most surprisingly when one day i visited his office one Lady Receptionist(Mob :**********) had told that he now a days did not come to this office and further refused to disclose his where about .
That Sir I am very much worried in that a jobless unemployed Educated Engineer like me has been cheated and so such type of Fraud should be contained and not to let others be so cheated.
I Therefore earnestly request your Good Office, amidst your busy schedules, to look into the matter and take necessary measures to get my money back along with interest as per Bank norms.

That Sir, our Bank A/c No along with IFSC No with all details were already provided to him but till date he has not given us the money. Rather he has managed himself to be away from any contact from us. He also once threatened me when asked for the money to be refunded and saying that "Mey Police se dornewala nahi ". As i fear to come closer to such type of man I have decided to tackle the matter as a concerned citizen with the concern authority which I deem necessary.
