Dial4trade.com - Money taken by illegitimate means

The complaint is on behalf of (my father ) owner of Prabhat Industries. They are frauds make fool of innocent businesses. Take their hard earned money. They don’t have any genuine buyer they introduced me to the fake buyer named Vikram Mittal and fool to pay on their link linked to their account on the basis of the lie that advance payment will be transferred to your account once we take their service. At the same time, the fake buyer was promising to refund for the services taken (and I fell for that trap). They have cheated us of *.** lakh and now are not refunding. I am clearly not interested in their services which are yet not active and not of use. They took the money from us by lying to us introducing to a fake buyer who disappeared (of course without giving advance) after the amount was transferred to their account.
I regret every day about how they could fool me and we came under their influence. As soon as I got to know or realised what is happening I approached their owner on LinkedIn Mr Arun Pratap Singh asking for the full refund. Their MD Amarnath Singh also mailed me that he will look into the matter. But they have not refunded my full amount upon several requests. They do this with many companies mine is not the first case but in all of them they resolve by refunding but in my case, the amount is huge hence they are not ready to refund. I have not received any benefit of Rs. **,*** (not included in Rs. *,**,***) given for the standard plan. I am just asking for a refund of my own amount. Ideally, there should be some fine on them about they fool the businesses by stooping to such low levels of scam.
Their high rating on Google it’s all paid. Their own employee is rating them. This is the biggest scam company.

Don’t go by their high rating on Google it’s all paid. Their own employee is rating them. This is the biggest scam company.
