Onlinemsme.org - Money taken but service is not provided

**.**.**** (day *): I have approached https://onlinemsme.org for registering msme /Udyog aadhar registration on Mar *, ****, *:** PM. I have submitted my details and paid the amount of ****/- ( fee confirmation mail attached)

**.**.**** (day *): As per onlinemsme commitment I have not received the registration certificate within ** hrs and I have called around ** times to their mobile number but no one has responded. Considering my urgency, I have tried and completed the registration by ** pm on **.**.****. Since the Udyog aadhar registration is completed by self, I have requested for refund of the amount from M/s onlinemsme.org vide my mail dated **.*.**** @ **.** PM (mail copy attached).

**.**.**** (day *): Morning I have received a mail from onlinemsme.org stating my registration has been completed and they have attached the same registration document which was registered by me.
Since they have not provided any registration service against my payment in this regard, once again I have requested them to refund the amount. But till date, there was no response to my mail and they are not attending my calls. Hence I request you consider this mail as complaint and kindly ensure reimbursing of the paid & damage amount from them.
