Home Creations - Money taken as deposit is not being refunded

Home creation,sole proprietorship, at ***,ORION Business Park,NEXT to CINE WONDER MALL,KAPURBAWADI,Thane ******(Firm) have entered with us viz SUDHAKAR LOBHAJI GHAITADKAY AND MRS MANGALA SUDHAKAR GHAITADKAY a booking greement dated**/**/****,for construction of house at our native place at Khodad,Tahsil Junnar,Dist Pune.For that purpose we paid Rs* lakh to the company by cheque no****** st **/**/****.
The said firm failed to execute the said booking agreement within reasonable time nor they made any work toward aquision of requisite land from our joint family */** extract.Hence after lapse of *months we asked the company to refund our deposite amount.The company issued post dated cheque dated **/**/**** for Rs******/- of PARSIK COOP BANK LTD.However,this cheque was get bounced owing to insufficient fund in their account.On referring to the company they said the amount will be refunded after lifting of lockdown due to CORONA VIRUS.Now the lockdown is unlocked still they are not ready to refund us the money,despite repeated request to them.The proprietor Mr Sudin Shinde,Whose MOBILE no is **********,not attending phone deliberately and avoid to talk with us.Hence it appears that the proprietor is cheating us and avoiding the refund of money.
