SASEENDRANATHAN CP filed complaint against Haier on Aug 4, 2021
We have purchased a refrigerator, model, HRF-****PRL on **Jun **** from St George Electronica Pvt ltd, Calicut, which is having ** years warranty.
The fridge was perfect to all means.
But, last month, the cooling was not properly. We have raised a complaint, vide HI ************** and the service representative attended the same.
But, he has charged Rs **** for the motor of fan which is a part and parcel of the compressor. Bill is attached. When ** years warranty is given for compressor, the parts of compressor are also should be under warranty. Even the gas inside the compressor would be as under warranty.
You are requested to refund the amount taken by them or instruct the service representative to return the amount to us immediately.
A positive response from you will be highly appreciated.
