Treak Honey - Money Stucked in Razorpay

Amount didn't Seems big but we are startup and this is our first earn money. Razorpay didn't told us on the time of onboarding that RBI paused the new onboardings and continously telling to us till now that it will tale *-* days to onboard. we cannot go forward to deposit our money in razor pay and they are make us wait from * months.
its ok RBI rules i can understand but there should be some option to take our money from razorpay and we will continue with them when it will resume.
