I did a UPI payment on January ** for goibibo hotel booking using phone pe. The monry got deducted from my bank but booking didn't complete. I contacted goibibo they said money not received at their end. So i contacted phone pe and they said they would reply by ** January. On ** January they replied please wait till. ** January as the issue has been escalated to department. Then today also they saying we are still working on it and their customer care never responds.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
