Coindcx Go - money stuck and not getting refunded

on * th December I transferred *****rs using bhim UPI method to coindcx and money got deducted from my bank account and not reflecting in my coindcx inr wallet. when I raised a complaint they promised money will be refunded into my bank account within * days. Now it's been more than ** days and still I recieve no refund.
