Otipy - Money struck in wallet of Otipy Company

My wallet balance of Rs *** is stuck in wallet of OTIPY company, which has ceased its operation in May,****. I filed multiple tickets on app for refund of my wallet balance, but the company is closing the tickets without issiung refund. This company is a total fraud and does not intend to return our hard earned money. Request everyone to boycott these online apps in future.
